6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

TORRENT API and the CLIENT agree that any dispute arising from the provision of the products or services covered by these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the CLIENT’s domicile, except in cases involving real estate. With respect to real estate, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of TORRENT API’s domicile, in accordance with Article 90.2 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
If the CLIENT is domiciled outside of Spain, TORRENT API and the CLIENT expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Dispute Resolution Body, which will act as an intermediary between them pursuant to Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, without the need to resort to the courts.
